Pavilion has capacity of 999 people, can seat 400 at tables comfortably, has restroom facilities, kitchen facilities, sound system, stage and air conditioning.	Interior view of Pavilion. has standard folding tables and chairs with vinyl tile flooring and fluorescent lighting.

The SPAA Pavilion has seating available for 750 (building capacity 909).    The Seattle Police Department Motorcycle Drill Team Talent Show, Seattle Police Christmas Party, The Seattle Police Athletic Association Annual Meeting and Banquet, The Retired Officers Banquet, the Annual Golf Association Banquet, The Footprinters Annual Auction and Crab Feed, various training events, and meetings are held in this multi-function facility at other times throughout the year.  In addition, it has been used for weddings, a Kick Boxing Event and it is available for rental.
